Full Directions for DR's Secret and Aestier

Full Regime for DR's Secret Full Range + Aestier ---------------
Day	DR Secret Cleanser , Toner, Moisturiser Sunscreen SPF 25, Aestier Total Base -
Night	Aestier Cleansing Cream (make up remover for total base), Cleanser, Pimple Spot Serum and/or Refining Serum, Toner, Skinlight T3 + Skinrecon T4 Eye Cream can be used in any order after Cleanser and Toner. Optional to use C15 Essence (half or one full vital, once a week) in replacement of T3 and T4 (Skinlight and Skinrecon)	Mix 4 drops of Skinlight T3 to 3 - 4 pumps of Skinrecon T4
Additional Steps: Q10 Gold mask for lifting effect/dry skin/shrink enlarged pores to be used once a week Miraglo Face Exfoliation Cloth for acne/blackheads/dull skin to be used with Cleanser (wet cloth and put cleanser in the middle) and cloth on face in circular motions 3 times on each part of the face for twice or three times a week.
Application Steps for Aestier Skin Care ---------------
Day	Aestier Cleansing Foam, Toner, Emulsion, Total Essence, Day Shield and/or Total Base
Night	Aestier Cleansing Cream (make up remover), Cleansing Foam, Toner, (Emulsion and Total Essence) or (Age Arrest + AR Essence) , Hydro Cream (moisturiser)	For fast results for pigmentation, anti aging, lifting effect, use Age Arrest + AR Essence as a skin care alternative to Botox.

Directions for Normal Skin

Corrective Regime
Day	1, T2, 5	Mix 4 drops of Skinlight T3 to 3 - 4 pumps of Skinrecon T4
Night	1, T2, T3 + T4

Maintenance Regime
Day	1, T2, 5
Night	1, T2, T3 + T4 (twice weekly)

Full Directions for Mature/ Dehydrated/ Sensitive Skin
Recommended: Use Q10 Collagen Mask once a week for dehydrating and instant lifting effect.
Additional : For dark eye circles and wrinkles around eyes, apply Aestier Eye Cream in circular motions.

Directions for Acne / Pimple Skin

Recommended: Use Miraglo Face Exfoliation Cloth (wet with cleanser) to buff away blackheads/acne/dull skin,
two to three times a week, in circular motions, three times on each area of the whole face.

Directions for Clogged Pores

Recommended: Use Miraglo Face Exfoliation Cloth (wet with cleanser) to buff away blackheads/acne/dull skin,
two to three times a week, in circular motions, three times on each area of the whole face.

Basic Regime
Day	1, T2, 5	Mix 4 drops of Skinlight T3 to 3 - 4 pumps of Skinrecon T4
Night	Aestier Cleansing Cream (apply on whole face in circular motions for 3 - 5 minutes for hydration effect, use DR's Secret Touch Cleansing Mode for enhanced cleansing). 1, T2, T3 + T4

Continue on Corrective Regime till desired complexion before switching to Maintenance Regime.
